HK Traffic News (香港即時交通資訊) is a free mobile application. HK Traffic News ("the App") is provided to App Store and Google Play at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information, in addition to disclaimers, if anyone decided to use the App. If you choose to use the App, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that the App collects is used for providing and improving the App. The App will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience, while in use, the App may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The App does not represent the aforementioned government and non-governmental entities. The App assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the information and data presented in the App. The information and data presented in the App is provided on an "as is" basis with no guarantees of completeness, accuracy, usefulness or timeliness.
